Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders may ship same day, but most will be shipped with the next batch. If you urgently need your order, please reach out and let us know — we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Domestic Shipping

We're located in California. Standard Domestic Shipping will take between 2 and 5 days to most places in the Continental US, depending on your distance from us.

International Shipping

We're located in the USA. Standard International shipping will generally take 10-14 days, depending on your distance from us This doesn't account for time your package may spend in customs once it arrives in your country, which can vary widely.

Tracking and Insurance

The only way to get tracking and/or insurance for international orders is to pay for upgraded international shipping (USPS Priority Mail International). This will likely be twice the price compared to standard international shipping (USPS First Class International). We think it's ridiculous, but it's out of our hands, unfortunately.

Customs Forms

We'll handle customs forms for all international orders. If you are located in the EU, we'll need an email address and phone number for your customs form.

Duties and Other Taxes

Depending on your country's rules, you may be responsible for paying some duties/tariffs to your customs agency. In our experience so far, smaller orders ($100 USD or less) generally don't incur additional charges, but these rules change all the time. We recommend doing your homework so you understand if you'll have to pay any additional fees. Our products are sold as "bike parts" under international code 8714.99.

Refusing International Shipments

If you refuse an international package from us, it will be treated as abandoned. This means you will not get your order, we will not get the parts back, and we will not be able to issue a refund. Please don't refuse an order!
